1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@brico.be. If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, so we can promptly resolve the issue.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal) within approximately 10 business days.
