We appreciate your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Brico. Below you will find the terms and conditions related to our wholesale program. Please read them before placing an order.

Who Can Apply

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must operate a physical retail store or be an online-only business with an established customer base. Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon is strictly prohibited. Personal use of wholesale purchases is also not allowed.

Application & Approval Process

All wholesale applications are thoroughly reviewed. We reserve the right to deny applications that are not in line with our brand values. Approved orders can be canceled at any time if we determine a violation of these terms.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers. All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment via our secure payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, or PayPal). We do not offer net terms at this time.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All items are shipped from our central logistics center. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days once payment is received. Free shipping is available for all qualifying wholesale orders placed on our website within the region.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery. Email us with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
